Adrian Tabin was a well know dressmaker, and if you Google (I can't enter a link) you will see many, many examples of the Tabin line. This dress looks contemporary, but must have been made in the 1940s or 1950s.
It has cute little split-cap sleeves (tulip sleeves?), modified sweetheart neckline with a small collar, and side, slit pockets.
The wrap is in the back, and is secured by a button at the top of the neck and a self belt. This is a very cute Spring/summer dress and measures 30" at the waist and 19" from armpit to armpit.
There is a small repair on the hem of one sleeve that is unnoticable from the outside.
