Red, White, and Blue Seersucker Long-Sleeve Rockabilly Shirtwaist Dress from the Fifties.
There is no maker or size tags, but it was handmade by a professional seamstress, and is a larger size, maybe a size 12 to 14. The dress has a 30" waist and is 19" from armpit to armpit.
There is a very slight yellowing on the cuffs and collar, but I'm not sure how noticable it would be or if it could be washed out.
